MindLoose Platform License

1. Nature of the Platform
The Software is provided as a foundational platform and runtime environment intended solely to enable users to design, build, and execute applications on top of it. The Platform has no intended standalone end-user functionality.

2. Definitions
“Platform” means the Mind platform in executable, binary, or service form. “Application” means any software developed using the Platform. “You” means any individual or legal entity exercising rights under this License.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the Platform solely for non-commercial development, testing, and evaluation.

9. Termination
This License terminates automatically upon breach.

10. Governing Law
This License is governed by the laws of India.

11. Entire Agreement
This License constitutes the entire agreement concerning the Platform.
