MindLoose Platform License

1. Nature of the Platform

The Software is provided as a foundational platform and runtime environment intended solely to enable users to design, build, and execute applications on top of it. The Platform has no intended standalone end-user functionality and derives value only when used as a base for application development.

2. Definitions

Platform or Software — the Mind platform in executable, binary, or service form, including APIs, interfaces, configuration mechanisms, and documentation.
Application — any software or system developed using the Platform.
You — any individual or legal entity exercising rights under this License.

3. License Grant (Non-Commercial)

Subject to the terms of this License, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to:

Access and use the Platform
Develop and run Applications using the Platform
Test, evaluate, and demonstrate Applications
Distribute Applications that depend on the Platform

Solely for non-commercial purposes. No rights are granted to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Platform itself.

4. Restrictions

No copying, modification, or creation of derivative works of the Platform
No reverse engineering or decompilation
No redistribution or sublicensing of the Platform
No commercial or revenue-generating use without a separate commercial license

5. Applications Built on the Platform

Applications must be created only through documented APIs and interfaces. Non-commercial Applications remain subject to this License. Commercial distribution of Applications requires a separate commercial license from Sygina Data Systems Pvt. Ltd.

6. No Additional Restrictions

You may not impose any legal or technical restrictions on third parties that would prevent them from exercising the rights granted by this License.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

9. Termination

This License terminates automatically upon any breach of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform and destroy any copies in your possession.

10. Governing Law

This License is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

11. Entire Agreement

This License constitutes the entire agreement between you and Sygina Data Systems Pvt. Ltd. concerning the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
